Job Overview
We are seeking Sewer and Pipeline Video Analysts to join our growing BPO team. This role involves analyzing video footage of sewer and pipeline systems to identify structural and operational issues such as cracks, blockages, and other defects. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training in international standards for sewer and pipeline inspections (e.g., NASSCO PACP) and collaborate with a team dedicated to ensuring quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze video footage of sewer and pipeline systems to identify defects such as cracks, blockages, and other structural issues.
- Accurately label and classify defects using a standardized framework.
- Maintain detailed and consistent documentation of findings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in sewers, plumbing, or other related fields is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify technical anomalies.
- Basic familiarity with technical documentation and reporting.
- Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and international standards.
